1. About this website
This is an independent informational website about the Dunearn House development at 760, 762, 766, 768 and 770 Dunearn Road, Singapore. It is not the official website of the developer, Phoenix Dunearn Pte Ltd, or of Frasers Property, CSC Land Group or Sekisui House, and is not endorsed by them. Enquiries are handled by CEA-licensed real estate salespersons.
2. Information on this site
- Project information, including prices, unit sizes, unit counts, facilities, travel times and completion dates, is indicative and based on materials available as at September 2026. It may change and is subject to confirmation by the developer.
- Prices shown are indicative starting prices announced around the July 2026 launch. They are not current offers, and availability changes.
- Launch sales figures refer to the weekend of 25–26 July 2026.
- Images are artist's impressions unless stated otherwise and may differ from the completed development. Floor plans are not to scale and subject to change as required or approved by the authorities.
- Proximity to schools does not guarantee admission. Future transport projects, including Turf City MRT station, may change in timing.
The developer's sales documents, including the Option to Purchase and the Sale and Purchase Agreement, prevail over anything on this site.
3. No advice or offer
Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or financial, legal or tax advice. Please make your own checks and seek independent professional advice before buying property. Your eligibility, stamp duties and financing will depend on your own circumstances.
4. Enquiries and viewings
Submitting the form is a request for information. A showflat viewing request is not a confirmed appointment until a salesperson confirms it with you. The form accepts Singapore mobile numbers only (8 digits starting with 8 or 9). How your details are used is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information or someone else's details, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
6. Intellectual property
Project names and images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify and describe the development. You may not copy or reuse the content of this site for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
