1. Who we are

This website is an independent enquiry page about the Dunearn House development. It is not operated by the developer, Phoenix Dunearn Pte Ltd, or its partners. It is operated by: Alex Tan — Demo Agent, Example Property Agency — fictional (CEA registration/licence: DEMO — not valid). Privacy contact: privacy@example.invalid — demonstration only.

2. What we collect

Details you enter in the enquiry form: full name, Singapore mobile number, email address, the unit type you are interested in and the type of request you make.
Your consent choice and the time you submitted the form.
Basic technical information that your browser sends when loading pages, such as IP address and browser type, which may be logged by the hosting provider.

We do not ask for your NRIC number or financial information through this site.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry about Dunearn House, including sending price lists and floor plans and arranging a showflat viewing if you ask for one.
To contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp about Dunearn House, based on the consent you give on the form.
To keep a record of enquiries and consent, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We will not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers registered with the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given clear and unambiguous consent, or another exception under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies.

4. Who we share it with

Your details are used by the operator named above. They may be shared with the operator's agency for supervision and compliance, and with service providers that help deliver or store enquiries, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may share information if required by law. On this preview build, no lead-delivery service is connected and submitted details are not transmitted.

5. Google Maps

The Location section of the home page embeds a map provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and set cookies or similar technologies, in line with Google's own privacy policy. We do not control the data Google collects through the embedded map.

6. Cookies and analytics

This preview build does not use its own cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools. If analytics or advertising measurement is added before launch, this section will be updated to name the service and explain what it collects.

7. Your choices

You may withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time by writing to the privacy contact above.
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, subject to the exceptions in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

8. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. We take reasonable security measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The specific retention period will be set by the live operator before launch.

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, please contact the privacy contact above first. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
